Our space is conveniently located just west of downtown Chicago and encompasses two 4,000 sq. ft. studios.

The main studio is home to Litwin Productions and features a large commercial kitchen, a wide variety of props, photography and CGI equipment, including our own render farm.

Our 2nd floor studio, better known as the F Stop Studio, allows us the extra space for larger productions when needed. The F Stop studio, widely known as one of Chicago’s premier rental studios, features two back-to-back commercial kitchens, 45 ft. of window exposure on both Eastern and Western sides as well as a 22 X 13.5 ft. cyc wall with a 60 ft. approach.

The building also features a commercial loading dock and freight elevator which allows for easy access and efficient load-ins. With the sizable open floor plans, comfortable client areas and large commercial kitchens, both studios are designed to streamline workflow while also offering a professional creative space for productions of any size.
